Role: EYFS LSA

Location: Lawrence Weston

Salary: £54-65 per day

Teaching Personnel is seeking an EYFS LSA to work in a lovely school in the Lawrence Weston area of Bristol. This nursery class requires an enthusiastic learning support assistant (LSA) to assist the class teacher with all daily activities assisting in classroom management. Throughout the day you will be working with small groups within the classroom as well as supporting individual student who require additional support. This class has a high level of SEN, therefore requires a learning support assistant who has experience working with adults or children with SEN requirements. Due to the high levels of SEN in the class you could be working with one child throughout the school day both in the classroom as well on individual

The ideal candidate:

  • Sensitive to the needs of children
  • Basic knowledge of the school curriculum
  • Be able to communicate effectively
  • Be passionate, engaging and enthusiastic
  • Ability to work effectively with students and staff
  • Be excellent at supporting students individually as well as in small groups
  • Any experience with SEN students is desire however not necessary
