Looking for work in your local Primary Schools?

  • Working within your local Primary Schools within EYFS
  • Must be available 2-3 days per week
  • Paid weekly, expand your skills and experience and career progression

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a caring, child centered individual with a passion to make a difference to the learning of young children. We liaise with a number of schools within the area of Durham thus you may work across a couple of schools on a flexible basis. The candidate we are looking for must be fully flexible, experienced in working with children from 0-5 and are either level 2 or level 3 qualified.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Build effective, positive and supportive relationships with pupils

• Have sound knowledge and awareness of the differing needs of pupils, in particular Special Education Needs

• Assist pupils with their development and achievement of early learning goals

• Understand and implement Individual Education or Behaviour Plans when necessary

• Assist with the planning of activities and observe/monitor pupils’ responses to learning activities

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
