Full time Teaching Assistant required to work in Reception, School based in Stanley

A lovely, Good performing School are looking to recruit a caring, child centred individual with a passion to make a difference to the learning of young children.

The role will entail one to one and small group work activities within a Reception class of 31 pupils. You will be working with pupils of low ability and those who have additional needs.

The candidate we are looking for must be flexible, experienced in working with children from 3 – 7 and are either level 2 or level 3 qualified. You must have experience with Phonics and be confident with the EYFS curriculum. The school are seeking a nurturing, child-centred individual who can commit for at least 1 term.

The role is to start as soon as possible and is for one term at least. The school is based in Stanley, a small community based village. The school is located in a lovely area, with the school meeting the National Floor Standards and behaviour is good.

To apply for this post you must:

- Have a level 3 CACHE qualification

- Have at least 6 months experience working in a Primary School (Beneficial if you have worked in EYFS/KS1)

- Be available full time from September 2017
