Teaching Personnel are currently working with a number of schools in the Lytham area who are on the look out for highly experienced teaching assistants to work full time with in school.

The majority of the work that we can provide is long term cover that more often than not leads to permanent work. By working with us, you can get your face in to local schools and experience various working environments. We maintain excellent relationships with schools and Headteachers who approach us regularly to supply them with experienced conscientious Teaching Assistants who they request back time and time again.

Core subject knowledge in Maths and English is advantageous as you may be required to assist pupils with reading and writing skills; as is the ability to manage challenging behaviour.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
