The opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, highly motivated and inspirational Early Years Assistant to work at a primary school in Woolwich. Successful applicants must be dedicated to providing outstanding provision for the children in their care.
As an Early Years Assistant you will be supporting the Early Years teacher in a Nursery class facilitating play sessions for children.
The successful candidate will have:
• a full and relevant qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 2 in Early Years or above
• A compassionate and understanding personality, with a strong record of engaging positively with children, parents and staff.
• The ability to lead a Learn and Play session inspiring parents to enhance their child’s development.
• Extensive knowledge of young children’s development and of the EYFS Framework and support children with additional needs through differentiation of delivery.
• Evidence of outstanding practice and of promoting high standards of learning.
