EYFS Teaching Assistant - Guaranteed Work

School and Role Details A mainstream Primary School based in South Manchester, Wythenshawe (M22) are looking for an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to start work ASAP for the rest of the academic year. The school is looking for someone who can be proactive and use their initiative when supporting the class teacher in order to become a vital part of the team. Pupils' achievement and student behaviour are both good and improving. The schools aim is to be a place of excellence and help their learners to achieve their best - socially, personally and academically.

Requirements:

  • Previous EYFS Teaching Assistant experience
  • An understanding of Phonics and comfortable in leading small groups
  • Good behaviour management in order to maintain the already excellent behaviour throughout the school
  • The ability to work effectively in a team of teachers, support staff and outside agencies
