Teaching Personnel are looking for an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant for a role with one of our partnership school based in Derby DE23. This is a full-time (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm), long term position starting from January 2019 up until march 2019.

The schools main priority is to develop the full potential of every child to thrive in a changing world. They are looking for an confident teaching assistant to join the school and encourage children to do their very best.

To achieve this vision the school need a teaching assistant who can:

Nurture: Whatever the starting point of each child, help them to grow and develop their skills academically and socially across a broad curriculum within a safe environment.

Achieve: Working in partnership with parents/carers each child to make progress to achieve the highest level of understanding and skill of which they are capable.

To be considered for the role, you must have:

  • Experience with EYFS
  • Work experience in schools, nurseries, care homes etc
  • Knowledge of the curriculum
  • Enhanced DBS on the online update service
  • Right to work in the UK
  • 2 relevant references that we can approach
  • A confident approach, knows how to adapt well in different situations
