EYFS Teacher Bolton - March start

A delightful school in Bolton, BL1 are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years teacher. You will be part of a supportive and hard working team of staff that have the success of their children at the forefront of everything they do.

The position is within Reception to start March 2017 in Bolton however there is flexibility for the right teacher and will run for 12 months.

The Bolton primary school are looking for a reception teacher who is:-

  • Enthusiastic and is committed to high standards and has high expectations of behaviour and raising pupil potential and achievement
  • An outstanding classroom practitioner
  • Enthusiastic about providing exciting learning experiences for the children in a cross curricular context
  • Enthusiastic about working with other adults to move the school forward

Candidates must be familiar with the new EYFS Curriculum, have a genuine passion for working with young children and understand the importance of early years learning. An understanding of continuous provision, outdoor provision and knowledge of phonics schemes would be beneficial. Experience of subject specialisms and/or experience of co-ordinator roles would also be advantageous but Newly Qualified Teachers are also encouraged to apply.

The headteacher of this Bolton Primary School is keen to get the position sorted before February half term.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
