Job description

We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to fill a long term role in one of our primary schools. The school based in Coventry is looking for someone to join their EYFS.

The role will be located in foundation stages. Where you will assist the teachers in the classroom, as well as, helping improve the learning and achievement of the class. The successful applicant will have a personable approach, will be calm and happy to work with children of all abilities.

Working in the EYFS sector you will monitor the pupil's progress ensuring they are reaching standards set out by the national curriculum. While also engaging and building positive relationships with the students to inspire them. Helping them get the most out of their education.

Relevant TA/Nursery Nurse qualifications are desirable but not essential. Experience working within schools or education settings are required.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
