Early Years Teaching Assistant required for a Catholic Primary School in Bury, BL8

A local school in Bury have approached us requesting a Teaching Assistant to assist the Early Years Teacher in their reception class. Although the school is a recognised catholic primary school, the candidate does not have to practise this but should be open to religion.

The appropriate candidate will with work alongside the class teacher in providing help and support to children in the nursery and reception class and assisting children's learning and development through meeting targets set by the EYFS. With this the suitable candidate for this role should have a detailed understanding of the six areas of learning and have the ability to present this in their work.

The school has recently been rated 'good' by Ofsted which is something the head teacher is looking to develop through providing inspiring, creative and innovative learning for all children.

The candidate must maintain:

· An Early Years Qualification

· Recent experience of working within an Early Years.

· Setting or primary school.

· Have a great understanding of the EYFS.
