EYFS Supply Teacher Needed !! - Derby City Schools

Are you a flexible. dedicated EYFS Teacher? Do you have a nurturing personality? Can you travel to schools within Derby City?

Teaching Personnel are looking for an experienced EYFS teacher to cover our supply are currently working with a primary schools based withing the Derby city areas including DE1, DE22, DE21, DE23, DE24 and DE3. The EYFS supply is to start as soon as possible to cover any general or sickness cover withing the schools.

The ideal teacher must have experience within an early year setting and be confident in delivering a well-structured lesson. Excellent knowledge of phonics is crucial and experience working children of low ability is a must.The successful EYFS Teacher will have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and will be able to plan innovative and engaging lessons that will meet the needs of children with a variety of abilities.

To be considered for the position of EYFS Supply Teacher role, you must have:

  • Experience teaching in Foundation years
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Raising standards and be a good role model
  • A genuine desire to become part of a committed team
  • A passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons to promote growth and nurture
