Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Primary school in Wythenshawe, M22 to help with the recruitment of an EYFS Teaching Assistant. The school are looking for someone the work with the new EYFS cohort that came into the school this September on a full time basis for the full academic year. There is the possibility of being taken on to a year by year school based contract depending on how the role works out.

With the new EYFS cohort that has come in this academic year the school are looking to give them the best start to school life by offering as much support as possible for them. The school believes that a good Early Years leads to a good school as it sets them up for success in the school straight away. The school are looking for someone who is experienced in this area with at least 2 years experiences in the EYFS as they need someone who can hit the ground running and help support some of the less experienced Teaching Assistants in the EYFS.

The school is a 1 form entry Primary school graded "good" by Ofsted as f their most recent inspection in the last academic year. The school boasts excellent EYFS facilities making it a great place for Early Years Teaching Assistants to show their skillset and succeed within the school. The successful candidate will be 1 of 3 Teaching Assistants in the early years so their will be lots of support within the class to share ideas and pick up new skills.
