Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Qualified Teaching Assistant
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Qualified Teaching Assistant? Position: EYFS Qualified Teaching Assistant
Contract Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Salary: £80 - £95 Per Day
Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the EYFS teaching team to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
- Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities that support the EYFS curriculum.
- Provide individualised attention and support to children, addressing their unique needs and learning styles.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and partnership.
- Support the monitoring and assessment of children's progress, contributing to the tracking of their development.
- Promote a safe and inclusive learning space where children feel comfortable to explore, create, and learn.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hold a recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (EYFS Level 2 or 3, CACHE, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively within a team.
- Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic attitude toward working with young learners.
