EYFS Teaching Assistant required for a Primary School in Bacup
- Level 2 or above qualifiication
- Experience with the Early Years Curriculum
A Primary School located in Bacup is seeking to appoint a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to work within their recpetion class supporting children from the age of 4 years old. The working hours will be from 08:30-15:30, monday - friday. The role is to commence from Jnauary 2022, intiially until the end of the academic year with the view for this to be extended further follwoing a succesful probabtionary period.
Standards for behaviour and academic progress are a priority. It is essential that when you apply for the role, you are able to give examples of when you have developed skills amongst younger children and differentiated the Curriculum to meet individual needs. There are a number of children who attend the school from socially deprived backgrounds and with this there are a number of challenges. Many of the children need additional support with speech and language development. The Nursery/EYFS department consists of a team of highly experienced and hard working individuals who are committed to giving their children the best opportunity to progress through school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
