  • Teaching Personnel works closely with Leeds Trinity University which provides our candidates with the knowledge and skills they need to develop both personally and professionally as a teacher. Opportunities and key skills courses run all year round for candidates to name a few; Literacy and Mathematical Development across the Curriculum, Planning and questioning for progression, Early Reading and Phonics and Effective Behaviour management!

This particular school are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher who can help raise pupil attainment in all core subjects across the KS1 curriculum in order to improve SATs results this summer. The school are looking for a new teacher who has recent experience in KS1 and who is interested in running new initiatives to help pupils progress to their maximum potential. This may involve delivering other Interventions such as; Literacy, Numeracy and Behaviour.

A school we work closely with at Teaching Personnel are looking for a fully qualified teacher to start as soon as possible to fill a long-term part time position which may lead to a permanent contract.

  • Candidates must be available school hours and for a long-term work
  • Candidates must have a positive attitude and have experience working with young people in a primary education environment
  • Candidates must be enthusiastic and confident when working with primary school aged children of all levels and abilities
  • Candidates need to be open to trial days and providing interventions for the school to improve and increase their pupil attainment and engagement levels
  • Candidates need to show responsibility for their own learning as well as personal and professional development through experience, qualifications and training
  • Candidates must be able to work as a team and individually
  • Candidates must have an up-to-date CV and a 6 year career history

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
