English Teacher opportunities in London Secondary Schools!
The Schools
Teaching Personnel are working in collaboration with multiple schools in North London that are seeking fully qualified English teachers. The schools boast "Outstanding" or "Good" ratings from Ofsted and all achieve excellent exam results. The schools each have unique and effective behaviour policies and therefore all boast an outstanding teaching and learning environment.
The Role
These roles are for fully qualified English teachers with experience teaching up to Key Stage 4 (Key Stage 5 is desirable but not essential). You will be working full time and must have the ability to motivate students to achieve their full potential in this subject area.
Requirements
- You must possess a DBS certificate on the updated service or be prepared to apply for one.
- A UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE)
- A degree in English or similar subject.
- Have experience teaching English to classes of 30.
- Have experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4. KS5 is desirable but not essential.
- Have a passion for education and teaching English.
