Are you a teacher of English seeking a new and exciting position in Northamptonshire? Teaching Personnel are currently working closely alongside a school in Central Northamptonshire who are seeking an experienced teacher of English to join their department. The school has 1300 students on roll and have just received the best GCSE results in their history. The school aims to equip students with the qualifications and skills which will allow them to achieve their goals. They believe in combining quality teaching with a range of extracurricular activities, as well as ensuring standards of behaviour remain high with an excellent pastoral programme. The teacher will be working alongside a dedicated English department who work collaboratively to ensure progress is made. The pay rate for this role will fall between £130 and £170 per day.

• Capable of teaching English up to KS5
• Is passionate about their subject and motivating pupils to succeed
• Capable of planning and delivering diverse lessons which cater to all abilities
• Committed to driving success within the department
• Able to communicate effectively with students and staff alike
• Have excellent classroom presence and behaviour management skills
