English Teacher Needed For Secondary School In Daventry

Job description

A Secondary School in the Daventry area of Northamptonshire is currently looking to recruit an English Teacher to start immediately until the end of the academic year. The school was recently graded as a 'good' in all areas in their most recent Ofsted report and the report stated that "pupils conduct themselves well, both in lessons and around the school site. They have positive attitudes to learning."


Due to a staff absence, the school are looking to welcome an experienced fully qualified teacher into their English department to teach English up to KS4.

To qualify for this position you must adhere to the following:

  • Have Fully Qualified Teacher Status (FQT) or Equivalent Strong Teaching Experience
  • Be able to start a new teaching position from February 2018
  • Have strong classroom management skills

*To qualify a teacher must work 2 days and a Teaching Assistant must work 5 days through Teaching Personnel.
