English teacher Manchester, full time position starting after February half term.

Are you a qualified English teacher looking for supply work in Manchester? Due to a need within their department, a secondary school close to central Manchester require an English teacher on a full time basis immediately after February half term.

Situated south-east of the city centre towards Tameside, this is a mixed 11-16 secondary school with excellent facilities and a supportive leadership and teaching team. The successful English teacher applying for this position will be working in a great team, providing support through full class teaching (KS3/4) and Intervention with small groups and individuals who have been targeted by the department leader for extra exam support and revision. The position is suited to an English teacher with experience; however the department are happy for teachers of all experience levels to apply.

  • Earn up to £145 per day (MPS1-6) with reduced responsibility
