Teacher of English required in January 2019

Teaching Personnel is seeking to appoint a forward thinking Teacher of English to join our successful temporary staff team in Scarborough and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience within different environments, including Colleges, PRUs, SEN Schools and Mainstream Schools. Whether you are looking for day to day, no commitment bookings, or long term bookings, 1:1 and small group interventions, or permanent contracts, Teaching Personnel have a position to suit you!

As the Ideal Teacher of English, you should:

  • Be able to deliver the subject to GCSE standard
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status, or Overseas Equivalent
  • Be flexible to work on a supply basis
  • Have the ability to manage behaviour effectively, in accordance with the School's behaviour policy and ethos

Teaching Personnel work with state funded, private and residential Schools with a range of OFSTED gradings, from Requires Improvement to Outstanding. All English Teachers, no matter how experienced, are welcome to apply. MPS and UPS pay available.
