Job description

Ofsted rated school as 'good' seek a dynamic and confident English specialist. This is a smaller than average school who have a great reputation locally and and happy and enthusiastic student cohort.

The school would like to appoint a well qualified and passionate Teacher of English who can Teach English to KS3 and KS4. This is a full time, long term temporary position.

As an English Teacher you will be expected to complete:

  • Engaging and interactive English lessons to KS3 & KS4
  • Full teaching responsibilities with regards to planning and preparing lessons
  • Assessment and effective use of data
  • Manage behaviour and take responsibility for a form tutor group
  • Raise attainment

From Teaching Personnel you will receive:

  • Pay reflective of experience and expectations of the role - up to £140 p/d considered

  • A consultative relationship with a dedicated consultant who will actively represent you
