We are currently recruiting for an ambitious, creative and enthusiastic English teacher for our partnered Trafford based secondary school. The English teacher position will commence in November after the half term to cover English at KS3 and KS4 whilst the current English teacher is off on maternity. The full time contract will cover until the end of the academic year whilst also providing the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff at the school. The successful candidate should have excellent subject knowledge and can deliver engaging lessons.

In addition, classroom experience within a similar environment of a high achieving school is preferable to meet the expectations of the Trafford based secondary school that has been graded GOOD by Ofsted. The school are willing to take on experienced English teachers or Newly Qualified Teacher's (NQT's) but they must have experience teaching in both English Language and literature. The school is located near the M60 motorway and has a train station near by.

** Pay ranging on the scale point of £23,720-£39,406

**Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Literature and Language

**Be passionate about teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons

We are looking to appoint an inspirational, dynamic and enthusiastic qualified teacher of English to cover a maternity absence. You will be delivering the English lessons in accordance to school curriculum as the students are highly engaging whilst the Progress 8 Score is above Average. Organising and delivering planned lessons to students and marking will be part of you daily schedule.

You will prepare students with their coursework materials, homework assignments and exam preparations at high standard.
