English Teacher

Having had a conversation with SLT at this South Manchester based secondary school; they are looking for a motivated and innovative English teacher to join them in September. This is on a supply basis but for a longer term assignment. They school plan to advertise for this position during the first half term of the new academic year with the successful English teacher through Teaching Personnel, being shortlisted should they meet the requirements.

Key aspects of this English teaching position:

• Part time or full time teaching position available at this supportive secondary school
• Work with KS3 in the main, supporting the new cohort of year 7s working closely with the Head of Year 7
• Work within a supportive environment where SLT treat all staff, support staff and supply staff the same
• Pay ranging between £100 - £160 depending on experience

The school require a reliable teacher of English who is able to engage the youngest of students who may find secondary school daunting and require additional assistance.

The school is located in the South Manchester area on the inner side of the M60 making it very easy for any local teachers to gain access. The M60 is the local motorway with the A34, A6 and Princess Parkway being nearby for those travelling by car. The school is also serviced well from Stockport and the city centre by local buses for those teachers on public transport.
