English Teacher for Secondary Education for September in Nottingham
Are you looking for a role in September?
Teaching Personnel are looking for an English teacher wanted for a September start. Due to the high demand for English Teachers for our schools across the Nottingham area.
You will be required to plan, deliver, and mark the work of the students so experience with this is desirable. However, we would also welcome applications from NQT's who are keen to develop their experience and skills.
We are looking for a positive and committed individual, someone with a passion for teaching and English and the desire to guide their students to success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Teaching English to KS3 and KS4
- Planning and marking
- Constantly improving the curriculum
- Involvement in staff meetings and parent’s evenings where required
- Management of Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants
Minimum Requirements:
- PGCE + QTS (or equivalent)
- Right to work in the UK
- Available to start in September
- Relevant teaching experience in the subject (desirable but not essential)
- DBS on the Update Service
- A clear passion for English

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
