English Teacher Wanted

Bradford (BD1)

We are currently looking for English Teachers to work at a partner school. We are constantly on the lookout for reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic teachers to help support schools in our local area. Are you looking to step back into teaching full time or part-time? Are you looking for the flexibility of supply teaching? Then this role might be for you!

The school we are searching for is located in BD5. Candidates must be highly motivated, passionate and creative with their teaching style and knowledgeable on safeguarding measures. The great thing about this role is we at Teaching Personnel, have specifically been tasked with finding the ideal candidate for working in this modern and established school. We know exactly what the school is looking for and have the knowledge and skill to allow for a smooth transition into this great working environment. Whether you’re looking for a part time or full time role, this schools boasts a in house sixth from college as well as great sporting scholarship opportunities. Attendance figures also show students have a willingness to learn and the desire to be there, making it a great opportunity for people looking to settle in quickly.

Teacher Requirements:

Being locally based is great but isn’t necessary as the location of the school is close to multiple main access routes. You will need to be flexible with travel allowing for travelling times up to 1 hour.

Forming relationships and building rapport with students is one of the main skills we are looking for when shortlisting candidates, you must be able to engage with students and keep them engaged throughout the day so that their potential can be fulfilled resulting in no short comings when coming to their education. We are looking to build a strong pool of candidates that can work on a daily basis and supply the school with a high standard of teaching and professional conduct. Having the ability to adapt to differing circumstances is as must as you will be working with multiple year groups daily, so meeting the needs of varying individuals and the ability to change your teaching style where necessary is a MUST.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
