English Teacher needed for January 2020 for 'Good' School in Farnborough

Our client School are a 'Good' graded School in Farnborough, seeking a strong practitioner for their English Department. The successful Candidate must be suitably qualified but may be from any experience level, as the role will be awarded on merit and allignment to School values. The School say are a rewarding place to work, on an exciting journey of year on year growth, with a strong record of improving results at GCSE and A Level."

The School is a mixed Secondary based just off the M3, and close to the town centre. Its cohort is aged 11-16 and it takes Students from across the wider area, making up a large Student body. The School promotes respect and hard work as one of its core values, and this is echoed across Departments and year groups.

The English Department itself enjoys strong, supportive leadership from its Head of Department and designated member of the Senior Leadership team. The Department is a supportive and inspiring place to work, geared towards encouraging the success of Staff and Students. English is taught in well-rescourced classrooms, and Students at the School enjoy their English learning from passionate and knowledgable practitioners.
