- 12 month fixed term position at Rochdale school
- Earn in line with your scale point on supply (Up to £165 per day on supply)

English teacher Rochdale – Maternity cover
Due to a maternity leave from January, there is a requirement for a qualified English teacher to start on a full time basis for an expected 12 month period.
- MPS/UPS per annum (£22,467 - £38,250)
- Large community school in Rochdale with excellent public transport links
- Students make rapid progress from KS2 to KS3 in English
- 12 months post as an English teacher at Rochdale secondary
Our client school is larger than most secondary schools of a similar nature, with over 1200 pupils currently on roll. The school recently underwent a renovation and expansion, and now houses excellent facilities that both students and staff are exceptionally proud of. The vast majority of students on roll are of white British heritage, there are a significant number of students from minority ethnic backgrounds who are supported well through comprehensive EAL support and are given the support to access the curriculum and alleviate pressure on teaching staff. The school meets the current floor standards, the minimum standards set by the government for students’ attainment and progress.
