Teacher of English - Full Time Position - Temp to Perm

  • Full time position until the end of the Academic year with a view to a permanent post

I am working on behalf of my Client Secondary School in Boston, to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated English Teacher. The engaging Teacher would be required to deliver lessons up to Key Stage 5 pupils. The position is starting as soon as possible, to run until the end of the Academic Year and is full time.

The Requirements:

As the successful Teacher you will need to;

- Be a Fully Qualified Teacher, with a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a PGCE student, a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT), GTP or Bachelor of education

- Have the ability to prepare, plan deliver and mark

- Have strong classroom management skills

- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour, with creative approach

- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team

- Possess the passion to teach Key Stage 3 & 4

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
