Are you a newly or fully qualified English Teacher looking for a full time role?

Teaching Personnel work closely with an Accrington based secondary school who are seeking a full time English Teacher for a January start. The School are seeking a hard working and dynamic secondary trained English Teacher who has high standards and strong classroom management skills.

The role is to start in January and continue for at least the rest of the academic year, however, it is more than likely to continue until the 2018 academic year as the role is a maternity cover. The position will start on a supply basis initially but may become permanent for the right candidate.

The School is ofsted judged and a constantly pushing for 'Outstanding' status. The behaviour in school is good, however, the candidate needs to have strong classroom management skills to uphold the behaviour in school. The school is located close to the M65 and is accessible via public transport.

The candidate must be suitably qualified with QTS and be happy to start work on a supply basis. It is important that the candidate is adaptable, flexible, hard working and have a passion for teaching English to KS3/4 pupils. The successful candidate can earn up to £145 per day and have the enjoyment of working in an ofsted judged 'Good' school within a supportive department.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
