English Teacher

Full time English Teacher required at a secondary school located in Bolton following the Easter break (April 2019).

This is a full time temporary post for an English teacher working in a well resourced English department in a mixed Bolton secondary school. If you are a competent English teacher looking for an introduction to your next full-time teaching position then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Due to the nature of this opportunity, the school are looking for an English teacher until the end of the academic year, however this is an open position whereby the ideal applicant will have the opportunity to earn a permanent post.

• Full time English teacher post from April 2019 and until July 2019 - Earlier start date available if suitable
• Pay in line with MPS/UPS - £23,720 - £39,406

The successful English teacher will be joining a friendly team of teachers and pupils alike, within a large comprehensive school on the outskirts of Bolton. The school is home to pupils over 1,500 pupils and was recently graded as a 'Good' school by Ofsted in 2018, making it the school of choice for teachers, pupils and parents. As a result, the school are looking to appoint a dedicated English teacher who will work in line with their high reputation and attainment.

The secondary school is located on the suburban outskirts of Bolton, easily accessible via the M61 motorway. The school offers a secure, onsite car park for staff. For non drivers, the school is accessible via public transport from Bolton town centre and other surrounding areas in Wigan and Bury.
