Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint an English specialist to work within a large school in the Bournemouth area on the sunny Dorset south coast. The school is seeking a good or outstanding teacher with a clear vision to shape the future of teaching and learning of English in the school.
Bournemouth is a costal towns in Dorset. Dorset is brimming with things to do, with a fantastic playground of beaches and miles of unspoilt countryside to explore, Film-makers, poets and writers have all been captivated and had their imaginations charged by the outstanding beauty of Dorset’s landscape and coastline. So, if you’re after clear air, spectacular beaches and magnificent countryside with a vibrant events calendar and fantastic attractions then Dorset is the place for you.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach across the age and ability range of the school and drive standards and results upwards in English. You will be an innovative practitioner who can motivate students and achieve excellent results, be able to give clear direction to teaching and learning across the department, also willing to work as part of a team to ensure all students reach their full potential.
The school itself has an excellent local reputation and has been graded good in it's most recent OFSTED report. Students behave exceptionally well and you would be working in a large and supportive english department. You would be paid upwards from £480 per week.
