The Role:

The school are looking for an English teacher to join their team of 9 dedicated and committed staff to teach across the ability range at key stages 4. This role is suitable for an experienced practitioner/newly qualified teacher or overseas trained teacher English is a very popular subject at both Key Stage 4 and Sixth Form and many of our students go on to study the subject or offshoots at University. A 'TLR' could be optioned if a candidate of suitable experience is found.


Must hold a UK recognised teaching qualification, i.e. BSc QTS, BA QTS, CERT ED, PGCE, B.Ed

Previous UK teaching experience - English to KS4

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
