Are you an English Teacher looking for a role for September?

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking an English teacher to join a large academy school in Bristol. This role is full time and begins in September 2018.

About the Role:

  • You must be a fully qualified teacher.
  • NQTs are also encouraged to apply.
  • Be available for a full time role for the academic year.
  • Will be able to teach both KS3 & KS4 confidently
  • The ability to teach A Level is desirable but not a requirement.
  • 1 years previous experience in a UK school.
  • You should be enthusiastic in order to engage students in the class
  • The pay rate for this role is between £110-170 a day

About the School:

"Our ultimate aim is to produce students who are well rounded and are suitably prepared to take their place into the dynamic local, national and international community - wherever the future takes them." - Executive Principal

The successful candidate will be joining a Cabot Learning Federation (CLF) academy school. The CLF is the largest independent academy chain in Bristol and so by joining the federation this brings opportunities for you to move within the schools in the future.

Being part of the CLF allows the school autonomy to make its own decisions, for instance, this school is trying a new experimental way of learning this year - interestingly, they are introducing the timetable for next year in the last two weeks of this academic year.

The school sets high standard for pupils and teachers alike, encouraging all in the school environment to strive for success and reach their full potential. The academy has recently undergone structural changes recently with both the introduction of 'Learning Zones' and the 'Ready to Learn' policy.

The 'Ready to Learn' policy has been positively received by both staff and pupils, the standards of behaviour have dramatically increased since its introduction and the pupils attitude to learning has also changed for the better.

Benefits of Working With Teaching Personnel:

  • Specialist Recruitment Consultant dedicated to finding you work and offering support.
  • Competitive and Fair Pay Rate (dependant on experience)
  • Weekly Pay - you will be paid weekly directly into your bank account.
  • Access to our CPD Academy - this provides you with opportunities to take courses such as 'Team Teach' and 'Child Protection Training'
  • Refer a Friend Scheme - financial benefits for every friend that joins us!
  • Pension Scheme

If you are interested in this position then please apply today. I look forward to hearing from you.
