English Teacher

We are currently working with a Southampton secondary school that are looking for an experienced English teacher to join there team on a permanent basis. They are looking for an English teacher who has experience teaching across KS3 and KS4 and able to teach across the GCSE English curriculum.

• Full time Teacher of English required from January 2020!.
• Must hold QTS alongside subject related degree.

• Pay in line with MPS/UPS GBP23, 720 - GBP39, 406.

The successful candidate can expect to join a Secondary school which has consistently implemented strategies to overcome challenges and improve pupil outcome. Having recently had a restructure within the Senior Leadership Team, the school are now seeking a passionate Teacher of English to join their staff team.

You would be joining an Ofsted rated Good school which supports there teachers though an excellent CPD package and teaching opportunities with being apart of a wider school network. As Ofsted states “Children are well behaved and respond positively to clear and consistent boundaries. Practitioners form close attachments with children. This helps them support children's personal, social and emotional needs.”
