English Teacher – Dorchester
Full-Time | Starting January 2026

An established and progressive secondary school in Dorchester is seeking a passionate English Teacher to join their team. This full-time position will begin in January 2026.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop confidence, creativity, and enthusiasm for reading, writing, and communication.

Key requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for inspiring students
• A creative, energetic approach with a focus on high-quality teaching and learning
