Full time English Teacher required at a secondary school located in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The school require a member an English Teacher for an immediate start after Easter with the position continuing until July 2019.

  • Pay in line with MPS/UPS - £23,720 - £39,406
  • Full time post from the end of April and running until July 2019

Starting at the end of the Easter Holiday, this is a full time temporary post working in a well resourced English department in the West End of Newcastle. The post will initially run until the end of July, with an opportunity to progress on to a school based contract for the suitable candidate. The successful English teacher will be joining a friendly team, within a large comprehensive school on the outskirts of Newcastle. The school is home to pupils with a range of nationalities and languages, creating a diverse learning community where extra support is often needed to help pupils reach their full potential.

  • QTS and a specialism for secondary English teaching
