We are the sole recruiters for this independent day school in Bromley that caters for young people of primary and secondary age on the autistic spectrum. The school is welcoming with great facilities and offers differentiated curriculum to children based on ability and special needs.

They provide education for 30 pupils between the ages of five and 11 with autistic spectrum conditions, Asperger's syndrome and associated communication and behavioural difficulties. There are currently 19 pupils on roll, all of whom are aged between nine and 11 years of age. All the pupils have a statement of special educational needs and most have had significantly disrupted previous schooling. There is a real opportunity here to make a difference in the lives of these young people and to build lasting relationships in with pupils in small class sizes.

We require all teachers to

• Plan, deliver and teach
• Implement and review individual education and care plans
• Regular communication with parents, carers, teaching and clinical staff Positively contribute to
• qualified teaching status (QTS)
• Be experienced working within an SEN setting, ideally with ASD although not essential
