The Future Teachers programme is a new development by Teaching Personnel, designed to help address the shortage of high quality teachers across England, this is achieved by attracting and sourcing high quality candidates after they graduate and offering them paid experience in a secondary school environment. This is all while they learn directly from Teachers of their subject specialism, putting them in a perfect position to launch a successful career in Education after completing their PGCE or similar teacher training programme.

the placement will last for a whole academic year after graduating, earning a full time wage while being given access to a full range of support, not only from the school, but also from Teaching Personnel as we assist in continuing your development through professional development courses and lesson resources. Once a term your personal consultant will come in to meet with yourself and your teaching mentor, discussing your progress and how we can continue your development with our support. After completion of your placement at the school you are then given the option to return back to your placement school after your PGCE, guaranteeing you employment as well as increasing your employability through a recognised national qualification and an extra year of experience in a secondary school environment.
