English Graduate Teaching Assistant

I am looking for English Graduate to work at an educational facility based in the North of central Hull. The position is for an immediate start but for the right candidate it can be pushed till after the New Year.
The role itself will be challenging, it will involve engaging low level students and working within small group or 1:1 setting. You will need good behaviour management and the ability to adapt lessons to suit students who don’t deal with the conventional educational setting. The position would be ideal for an individual who is looking for career in education or Teaching.
The Role:
- Working 1:1 or in small groups focussing on subjects around the National Curriculum
- Working with SEN students including SEMH and ASC
- Developing individual education plans
- Liaising with Teachers, SLT and support staff
Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in Maths and English
- Great communication skills
- Right attitude towards teaching and learning within SEN
- Available immediately or from January 2020
