English and Maths Tutor

On behalf of my work force partner secondary school in BD13, I am currently searching for English and math's tutors to come and work in our school. The roles are 4 days a week and start in January. I am searching for Maths and English Tutors who already have small group and intervention experience, although this is not 100% necessary!

The ideal Tutors will be able to relate to the students quickly and build strong relationships enabling the students to feel confident enough to succeed! The school is based in BD13 and has in place a very proactive and supportive senior leadership team. The senior leaders of the school are always present and visible on site. 

These roles will be starting in the January term so things will be moving fast - I am looking for tutors who:

• Have worked in UK secondary schools previously
• Taught 9-1 GCSE English/Maths
• Can adapt to new situations quickly & have the ability to think on your feet
• Have an upbeat and positive attitude towards the education of young people
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status
• Hold a  DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
