About the Role
As an Education Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing, working closely with teachers and the wider school team to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing individual and group support to pupils to help them achieve learning goals
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
- Promoting positive behaviour, confidence, and independence in students
- Helping to prepare classroom materials and maintain an organised learning environment
- Contributing to the overall wellbeing and progress of pupils across different subjects

What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates who are:
- Strong communicators with excellent teamwork skills
- Experienced in working with young people (in schools, youth work, or similar roles)
- Passionate about education and helping students reach their potential
- Qualified with a Teaching Assistant or Support qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Able to demonstrate transferable skills from previous roles or experiences

Requirements
