Teaching Personnel, the UK's largest education recruitment company, is seeking a Resourcer for our Northampton office.

We are a vibrant branch looking for a Resourcer.

to support our team. You will be working alongside skilled consultants, supporting them to find exceptional candidates for roles. ·

The ideal person will have proven fantastic organisational, a professional work ethic towards clients and candidates, great communication skills, and the drive to hit and exceed targets.

The role will include recruiting teachers and support staff for special needs schools across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes and Hertfordshire. Although the role is based in Northampton you may be required to travel for the role so a car and full driving licence is essential.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
