Teaching Personnel, the UK's largest education recruitment agency is seeking an Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team of talented Consultants and supportive Managers in our London Bridge office.
Being an Education Recruitment Consultant is hard work and will require a high volume of sales and business development calls to schools across your local region; resourcing and recruiting quality teachers and carrying out interviews. Alongside going out on regular client visits, you will be responsible for building relationships with key decision makers in schools; and creating quality marketing and advertising campaigns.
From day one, along with an intensive induction, you will be part of our new-starter programme 'tpGROW', which is an industry leading development programme; where you can expect to be continuously supported throughout and be provided with all the resources required in order to have a successful career at Teaching Personnel. With a starting salary of £22,500 plus performance related bonus and the opportunity for promotion 4 times per year this is a fantastic first step into the world of recruitment.
To be successful as an Education Recruitment Consultant you need to be a good communicator and extremely organised. Ideally, you will have previous sales experience or knowledge of the education sector, however this is not essential.
If you think this could be you, please apply now with a CV/covering letter and we'll be in touch to discuss your application.
