Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of succeeding within the recruitment industry? Are you looking for a new opportunity to work with a company that values you and supports you with your career and gives you achievable goals and opportunities to progress into more senior roles?

Great Company

At Teaching Personnel we are currently looking for driven Recruitment Consultants who embody our TP spirit by working at a great company, with great career prospects and alongside great people; to join our expanding team in Leeds and lead from the front to help take the branch to the next level.

Our Leeds Sec/SEN branch, based in central Leeds city centre, has seen great success over the last twelve months and are looking for an experienced individual to join the team and help them take their performance to the next level.

Applications are particularly welcomed from recruiters who want to be part of a company who are looking to raise standards in professional recruitment and who wish to make a difference by partnering and supporting the education sector with the provision of quality services.

A strong work ethic and proven sales and business development skills will be essential. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate success in a full 360 degree consultant role.  You should also believe in the same things we do: team work, quality and continuous improvement.

Great Career

Those who join us will have the opportunity to take an influential role within the branch whilst benefiting from the many opportunities for development and career progression that Teaching Personnel offers on both a national and more local basis.

We have a fantastic, achievable career structure and our Management Development Programme will give you the opportunity to progress to Branch Manager/Business Manager and beyond.

A generous package is on offer for the successful candidate, including uncapped performance related commission as well as company-wide, regional and personal incentive rewards and a host of other lifestyle benefits such as:

  • Reduced working hours in school holidays;
  • Generous holiday entitlement which increases with service;
  • Additional cash bonuses for performance;
  • Regular incentives and prizes;
  • Discounts on purchases at a large selection of national retailers;
  • Contributory stakeholder pension and life assurance scheme.

Great People

Our teams all pull together and the harder you work the more rewards you have the chance to earn. We have a very collaborative learning environment where everyone’s thoughts and ideas are supported and encouraged.

After all that hard work, we're also a very social bunch! Aside from frequent branch and regional nights out we host many social events throughout the year, including two formal awards ceremonies to recognise our top performers and give everyone a chance to get together and celebrate our combined efforts and achievements.

Next steps

If you wish to be considered for this role please apply with an up to date CV and we will be in touch.
