Early Years Teaching Assistant - Isleworth - Full time - September 2020

Are you looking for a new opportunity in Hounslow? Teaching Personnel work closely with schools across the borough of Hounslow providing specialist teaching and support staff. We are currently recruiting for a number vacancies starting in September 2020. 

We are currently looking for an early years specialist teaching assistant to work within a large early years department, working as part of a large team to provide a high standard of education support and care. 

The school: 

As a large three form entry they have a vast early years department, with a highly experienced team they are looking for a passionate and confident member of staff. The school thoroughly enjoys providing a fun and stimulating place for students to learn, allowing students to express themselves in a number of ways. They encourage all staff to constantly focus on development, build on the experience they have and push to be the best teachers they can. This includes encouraging all members of staff to take up new CPD courses and training to expand their knowledge, this includes areas such as SEN, EAL, general practise and different teaching styles. 

Ideal candidate:

- Experienced working within early years settings

- Knowledge of phonics and early years development

- Experienced supporting SEN students with a variety of abilities
