In the past year the market has changed! Teaching Personnel has become SEN specialists not by choice but necessity. Each week mainstream schools in Central West London are requesting Learning Support Assistants to support children with SEN on a one-to-one basis. Do you need any qualifications? No. Do you need classroom experience? No. All you need is experience working with children with SEN. Most requests are for supporting children on the autistic spectrum and with challenging behaviour. I get vacancies all over Central West London but in particular, areas in and near LondonThere are half days, full days, full-time-time and part-time.
