EAL Support has become high in demand in the Manchester area. The role of the EAL Support teacher is to assist pupils who have English as and additional language and help them with their learning. Teaching Personnel work on behalf secondary schools in Manchester supplying schools with teachers on a day to day basis and on a permanent basis too. Through Teaching Personnel you are able to gain an induction into schools so we can find the most suitable place for the candidate. The EAL support teacher needs to have patience and a positive attitude towards the guidance of the pupils to help their development.
