Drama Teaching work in Bournemouth

Job description

We are looking for Drama teachers to join our growing bank of staff in the Bournemouth and Poole area of Dorset. We are experiencing an increased demand for specialist drama teachers who are able to teach GCSE drama and also teachers that have experience teaching A-Level drama or performing arts.

Our busiest period will be in October and November this year, where we will be able to regularly offer you work in a range of schools. Whilst we always need staff availability day-to-day, we also have frequent requests for long-term cover or permanent recruitment solutions. I work with the vast majority of secondary schools and academies throughout Bournemouth & Poole and often find out about vacancies before the schools go to jobs boards.

Depending on your experience and the type of work being undertaken, the pay you would receive would be negotiable, starting from £100 per day. We also have regular CPD offerings and will offer advice and support if needed whilst you work in school.

If you are interested in working with Teaching Personnel, please contact the office and ask for James Marsh, or send your CV to James Marsh. I guarantee a transparent and honest approach to finding and offering you work and would be willing to answer any questions you may have about our agency process.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
