Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Drama teacher to join a large academy school in South Gloucestershire. This position is full time and will begin immediately.

About the Role:

  • Full Time
  • Daily rate between £100-£150 a day (dependant on experience)

The successful candidate must be able to confidently teach KS3 and KS4 Drama - KS5 is not required.

The ability to teach English to KS3 is desirable but not a requirement.

This is a full time role and so the successful candidate will be expected to fully immerse themselves into the school with responsibilities such as planning and marking.

NQTs are encouraged to apply.

A valid DBS is a requirement and without this you will not be able to teach. Teaching Personnel can help you apply for this if you would like guidance.

In the latest OFSTED report the school received a GOOD rating for behaviour but the rest of the school requires improvement, however the inspectors have recognised that the school is improving at a good pace.
