Secondary school based in the High Peak area of Derbyshire are looking to recruit a Design Technology teacher from October half term due to a staff departure due to relocation.

Traditional in its nature and demographics this is a full time post teaching predominantly Design Technology with experience of graphics or resistant materials being favourable. You will need to have experience delivering Design Technology across KS3 and KS4 and a passion for your subject that will engage learners of all ability levels. Medium sixed with around 700 students the schools has low levels of pupils eligible for free school meals and low levels of students who use englo9ish as an additional language.

Located in the SK22 post code the school does have accessible public transport links for those that don't drive. The school has seen a rise in academic achievement the past 2 years and is now achieving in line with national and borough averages for student progress.
